I was reminded of this stunning Christmassy winter wonderland wedding marquee set-up recently and thought I would share again (the more long-term readers of this blog, might remember this wedding from back in 2011).
Carnival Chaos, Tower Productions, Wilde Thyme and Laura Eberst were commissioned to create an Enchanted Forest design for the dining marquee – what they created was simply incredible; Trestle tables set up with wintry Scottish countryside details, candles, moss, pine cones, snowy branches and wooden place name holders. Around the edges of the marquee were small wintry trees and silhouettes of deer and birds of prey. The full moon backdrop and the blue lighting added perfectly to the winter nighttime atmosphere.
Sometimes days just come together perfectly: As it happened, it started snowing on the week of the wedding, so guests were in the perfect wintry frame of mind before even entering the marquee.
The perfect setting for a Winter wonderland wedding.

How stunning is this marquee? I’m off to add some blue lighting, deer and bare branches to my livingroom…
