Autumn is such a beautiful time of year to photograph weddings – the colours around us are so vibrant and life affirming. So it was a real pleasure to photograph Jennie and David as they walked through the stunning grounds of Harburn House, surrounded by bright red, yellow, green and brown foliage.
Earlier in the day, the warm red interior of St Peter’s Church had been the setting for a beautiful wedding ceremony. Jennie and her maids arrived at the church full of smiles and giggles. They were dressed in cool blues and greens, which off-set the warm autumn colours perfectly.
The whole day Jennie and David and their guests never seemed to stop smiling – it was a truly happy day!
We wish the beautiful couple a long and happy marriage – may the glowing autumn colours always remind them of this happy day!
