You may remember Fiona and Andy’s engagement shoot I blogged recently – I’m pleased to bring you the main attraction today – their fabulous Edinburgh wedding!

Fiona and Andy were married the weekend of the Queen’s Jubilee, and their red, white and blue colour theme and Union Jack ribbon on favours were in perfect keeping with this.

The day was full of lovely details and fun moments to photograph. Keep an eye out for how Fiona and Andy have cleverly drawn inspiration from having their wedding in a library and used word definitions in their stationery and table names. And the lovely old family wedding photographs on their candy buffet. And the flowergirl in top hat. And not least the beautiful flowers by Planet Flowers and the culinary flowers by Heritage Portfolio!

As if all that wasn’t enought, at the end of the night, guests were asked to head outside where they were treated to a fantastic performance by the North Berwick Pipe Band (as were the hundred-odd tourists who gathered to watch!) It was amazing – goosebumps all round!

Fiona and Andy, we so loved getting to know you and your family! Thank you for having us at your wedding and for being so easy to photograph.

We hope you are enjoying your honeymoon (soak up that sun before you come back to chilly Britain!) and look forward to showing you the rest of the photos when you are back!
