Amy and Jeremy’s elegant Rosslyn Chapel wedding.
What do you get when a stylish city girl marries a Scottish country boy? A fun, elegant wedding with beautiful colours, styling and details and lots of laughs – held in a barley field!
Below is a little extract of their wedding photographs – enjoy!
The setting for Amy and Jeremy’s ceremony was the famous Rosslyn Chapel, a 15th century chapel outside the village of Roslin in Midlothian.
I just loved Amy’s simple Lily of the Valley bridal bouquet.
And then THIS setting for a marquee wedding! Stunning!
The interior of the marquee was decorated in whites and greens.
And the Cake. Oh.
Amy spent countless evening creating the intricate sugar flowers on the cake. The final result was simply stunning. See more of Amy’s cakes here.
The looming clouds over Crichton Castle made an impressive backdrop (and thankfully the rain stayed away!)
Just loved this pork pie wedding cake served at the evening buffet. Lego bride and groom on top made it perfect!
A wedding in a barley field doesn’t come more elegant than this! Thank you Amy and Jeremy for trusting me to capture your wedding day for you and for making it such fun!
I wish you every happiness in your marriage and hope to see more of your cakes popping up at the weddings we photograph!
