Edinburgh Wedding Elopement
What if the idea of a big, over-the-top wedding day, full of people and planning just isn’t your thing? What if you’d much rather just say your vows in front of the one you love and your best friend? Wedding elopements are becoming increasingly popular, with some couples feeling overwhelmed by all the options, opinions, planning and decisions involved in organising a wedding.
Freddie and Glenn strongly felt that they only wanted to have four close friends be part of their weddings, so they arranged a civil ceremony in Lothian Chambers in Edinburgh, followed by afternoon tea at Prestonfield House Hotel.

Freddie works as a stylist, so it would be wrong to pass up the opportunity for a quick dress change…
We took a few more photos inside Prestonfield, before the afternoon tea was served.
